There was a girl in a small town who was taught that being quiet was the same as being good.

That girl was me.

I grew up believing my job was to stay small, stay grateful, and never take up too much space. So when I finally reached the big city — capable, hungry, ready to be somebody — I brought that silence with me. I worked harder than the people around me. I was good at what I did.

And still, I was the one no one saw.

I'll never forget that feeling. Being in the room, but never really in it. Having the answer, but swallowing it. Watching someone louder, someone bolder, walk away with everything I'd quietly earned.

So I climbed anyway — from agent, to Trainer, to Quality Analyst, to HR. And then for over a decade, I went back to where I came from. Back to the small towns and villages, back to the women who reminded me so much of myself.

That's when it hit me.

It was never that we lacked talent. We were brilliant. We were ready. We had simply never been taught how to be seen — and no one was coming to teach us.

I couldn't unsee it. Every silenced woman looked like me. And I made a promise: not on my watch. Never again. Not her, not you, not one more girl told to stay small.

So I built RISE — to give women the voice the world tried to talk them out of.

I've walked thousands of women from invisible to unstoppable. Women just like you. Women just like the quiet girl I used to be.
